Hey, just FYI it does work but only for Utah residential and mobile IPs (corporate and datacenter ones get denied, so use asocks.com) and only if you click through to the form from main page (hotlineform.utah.gov ), referer check I would presume

Also, Claude AI (available at chat.lmsys.org ) is absolutely great at generating vaguely plausible complaint texts, I'm shooting huge-ass robot generated descriptions of loo law violations at them right meow
