This is bad but what gives me some hope vs the US is we don’t have a politicized judiciary willing to endorse the entire extremist project. Nor anything equivalent to the FedSoc manufacturing a steady stream of ideologue judges. That’s our bulwark.

Do we have a strong enough bulwark against a politicized judiciary? It sure feels that our likely next government wants to undermine or abolish federal institutions in Canada while spouting dangerous amounts of disinformation. I hope our systems are failsafe because PP could really mess them up
