Don't you hate it when governments change the rules, costing you dollars? So do Multinational Enterprises (MNEs)! Citizens can vote. For MNEs, there's ISDS. As an MNE, you don't want a government to capriciously change the rules. ISDS makes the govt pay the costs to you of any rule change.
