They've been outflanked on LGBT rights by the Lib Dems. I'd have more hope if they'd pledged to ditch the Cass Review. But that wordy piece of garbage masquerading as "science" looks set to put the brakes on decent trans healthcare for a good while yet. And young people will die as a result.
