Terrible things can exist without labeling as genocide. There were mass murders and violence. But as a whole that time period lacks the criteria for genocide. That's all. It's still not something I approve of

sure. but genocide has percolated into the present, would have been avoidable by naming the evils that led up to it, and the world has been materially twisted by the PR campaign to ensure it could take place when opportune for its architects. it's all the same picture
