A hoverfly (Syrphidae) larva I guess; many species eat aphids. Where did you take the photo?

Thanks! Photo in my backyard in Rijswijk, plant is an elderberry. There's a great many of them on the tree, now I know to welcome them and not come down hard on their lunch yet.
