My experience was, posting the Stonetoss name as 'what's up with this, seems bad' = suspension. Appealing with 'wait, does that mean this is not left wing hogwash' = reinstated…

Yep, the "policy" is to suspend when the mere names are uttered, just like Elon did if you posted the reg. of his business jet or links to jet tracking websites...

Note that I carefully did not pose as explicitly a right winger: more or less acted surprised I had been suspended, and initial post was framed as 'just asking what's up with this Nazi cartoonist, seems like a bad thing to be'.
