FDA's Don Prater said it will be "several weeks for the results to be published" which will include raw milk cheese and other products
"We do plan to sample approximately 155 dairy products as part of this next round of sampling."

Do we know if any of the H5N1 infected herds so far were supplying raw milk for cheese?
USDA's Eric Deeble said this week
"We don’t have any herds that are known to be infected that are contributing to raw milk supply off farm"
