Very little Pre-Crisis, apart from Sivana’s mad science being more fantastical than Luthor’s (which wasn’t exactly grounded itself, either). Post-Crisis, Luthor’s more of a social manipulator type while Sivana has stuck to super science. (And more recently, super archaeology.)

Yes but I kind of miss the green and purple armor. (Although honestly evil Bruce Wayne Luthor is far scarier.)
