ofc i saw it. i saw him stumble and mix up words many times. i despaired when he said “we beat medicare.” i wouldn’t call that a “mental health” issue. i would call that old age. i’ve been saying he’s too old since 2020 when all the shitlibs were gaslighting me saying it was a stutter.
