Im sorry you’re dealing with it too. It’s brutal Covid wrecking my gut made me develop what seems like hundreds of new food allergies or intolerances plus an autoimmune condition known as MCAS or Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. It makes you so sensitive to histamine your body attacks your own organs
