Ha, yeah, the fine art of potato roasting is something I’ve been working on. The air fryer makes it easier to perfect. :) Thank you. Similar to this, but instead I shake it with oil in the pan and get it fluffy that way, then air fry at 400 for 25 min. 🍜🍽️
