Put a little bit of oil in the pudding trays... then preheat your oven at 200° with the tray in for about 10 minutes or until the oil is hot! Then pour your mix in pop them back in for about 20 minutes.. I tend to turn them over a few minutes at the end to make sure the bottom of them are done!
