It is so hard. I've got kids at school who don't mask. So that is the biggest risk. I always wear a mask in indoor spaces, except if I have measured the CO2 and worked out ventilation myself. I lecture in a theatre with up to 100 students, but only if the CO2 is below 700, with a purifier on.

I also use viraleze and cepacol mouthwash when i've been in riskier places, doesn't eliminate risk at all, but reducing initial load matters, and possibly a lot.
