The giant franchises aren't faceless either. People need to treat the stuff they watch, read, hear as something made by actual human beings, and act accordingly, especially in comment areas or discord servers provided by or frequented by the creator(s).

I agree, it's okay to dislike something without turning it into a personal attack and or forgetting another human if it be an employee or a creator is on the receiving end. That being said yelling at a single creator having expectations of a large scale production is completely unfair.
