Probably nothing since a fair amount will be loyal to him since they like him anyway. He’ll have legal protection via scotus and military protection via loyal factions. He’ll be free to open fire on protestors and clean out the military.

Let me be blunter: if Trump starts violently purging the military while putting millions of ppl in concentration camps and doing tons of other abuses all at once, there will be actual plots against him in the military and intelligence services. And one or another will probably succeed.
