i will never, ever, EVER use ai art as a musician for covers or shirts or web graphics or anything, simply bc the quality of art and aesthetic cohesion i can achieve with real human artists is untouchable by ai, and thats outside of the whole supporting artists thing which Also Rocks

god yes this exactly! the vision executed by a talented artist is like ! as someone who has zero musical talent but loves album art(and wants to make alot some day) I'm always thinking about how important album art is like Aaaa visuals for music!!! all my favorite works I've made are inspired by it!

AI art is ugly, generic, lazy and soulless. no self respecting musician would use it to promote their music. if i see AI art on an album cover i lose all interest in checking it out, it means the band/artist has no vision
