FDA found infectious H5N1 at relatively high titers in bulk raw milk from 4 states with known infected herds.
Pasteurization inactivates H5N1. Do NOT drink raw milk!!!

Am I right in understanding that more human infections increase the chance of mutations that can lead to human to human transmission? That these raw-milk people may be getting infected and recovering but that each illness increases the chance of a pandemic?
