Here is an entire performance of the opera, which I've not made it through yet as it's 2hrs. In theory I will eventually find the song with the dragon farting in it and note the time at which it occurs! (Anyone else can totally pass that on to me and I'll be pleased!)

I can't stop finding more info - here's the history that this legend was probably based on, because there's a real legend of this dragon in Wantley (north of Sheffield):
