I thought you meant it would be bullshit to use the newly granted authority at all because, you know, the holding itself was bullshit. I think his people should be researching the most ethical ways to use his immunity during the lame duck period. It could be the last good thing

I'm not against doing the research, I guess, but I haven't been able to come up with "good stuff I wish the president could do if not for the pesky fact that they're crimes."
