I start winding down 8PM eastern time, usually with whatever Star Trek episode is on. And as much as I'd love to see the meltdown live, it isn't good for my sleep pattern.

My winter schedule is very much "asleep by 7, up around 5" but either the seasonal or Rx change has me staying up to 830-9 and waking up at 5.
Sadly, I need to be up at 430 if i want to go for walkies before it gets stupid-hot out (and can get my ass out of bed, because mulling over #dreamshit).
