More deets... I made a green chili orzo pasta with a small can of Hatch green chilis, orzo pasta, butter, salt, pepper, onion/garlic powder & some smoked paprika. Cooked the pasta, then the green chili/spices. Added back the pasta, butter and pasta water till it was all saucy! It was amazeballs!
