What matters is who has power, not the formal structure of power as it presents itself to the public it rules over. The bourgeoisie has the power to overturn the board if they’re losing the game and dictate new rules. That’s our goal: taking POWER. Not winning by their rules.

Like you can learn a lot about civics and how the government works—separation of powers, checks & balances, blah blah—without learning anything about where all that power comes from, what sustains it, who could revoke it? What constitutes the power of our institutions: capital.
