this is true and yet their (legitimized) opposition does not seem to believe it, and they have even less confidence -- are essentially defined by their lack of confidence, their palpable dismay at not having to compete for the position of manager, but be given demands and questions by customers.

*not just having to compete I'm not even sure fascist power is what they fear most. I think they will fight harder to preserve the streak of power's peaceful transfer. Better for the American project to die with dignity
