They only need to get lucky (or for their opponents to be sufficiently complacent / self-defeating) once. If Biden wins in November we will, as we did in 2020, see a substantial establishment backlash to the idea that there was ever a real threat, let alone one that will return.

Absolutely—a popular front to defeat Christian nationalism is not the same thing as a campaign to elect Biden, though his campaign appears eager to use the former (again) for the latter
