Maybe i misunderstood what Roberts said about using the "public record," but...maybe? I assume Roberts includes news reporting in his definition "public record" since nobody would include "bribe me" in a signed document. 🤷‍♂️ (I'm sure it's not, but if roberts can bullshit, then so can we, right?)

If you're talking about Note 5, I interpret that to mean basically unimpeachable evidence, the sort that a court can take judicial notice of because nobody questions it. It's public record that POTUS issued an Executive Order saying XYZ on a particular day because nobody would dispute it.
