Manchin sucks and, along with Sinema, killed any chance of some major changes. BUT his Value Over Replacement Senator was HUGE. Still voted to put thru LOTS of judges and eventually reversed course to get the IRA done. Any other WV Senator would be Republican and none of that happens.
