Yes they are. They know perfectly well if they are willing to give Trump something, Trump will give them something. That's how he works and that's why he's getting so much support, as people see they can make deals with him for what they want.

Ah, yes, Donald Trump is well known for making smart deals and upholding his commitments. They think they can bargain with, or even control a Trump administration. They have no idea.

Uhh no, if history is any indication chances are Trump won't give them shit. He doesn't even pay his lawyers or contractors a good amount of the time. It's a losing bet any way you look at it.
