I did an internship in northern Finland many many moons ago. I love the country and the people. Have been back a few times since, will try to go back this year.

That’s what I’d probably do. I figure the “exotic” part of this sabbatical is a week or ten days somewhere. If it were Finland, probably split half/half between Helsinki and somewhere on the train. Or maybe the Ålands…👀
