I believe it is approximately correct for the age of his corporeal form. The issue is Bilbo and Frodo’s ages don’t line up with the canonical fact that Bilbo is exactly 78 years older than Frodo.

The other ages are not right either (111 and 33 or 128 and 50). Also, the relationship is 1st (and 2nd) cousin once removed - not uncle.
