im thinking how does a future admin with a packed court get this back in front of scotus so this can be shredded biden needs to win, dems need to win both houses, they need to repeal the filibuster and pack the court, and there need to be more charges for trumps time in office

because this is as close as i can imagine to a mortal wound to what i was taught the constitution was, what your mom and dad think the constitution is if acts done by the president under color of authority are presumptively immune from prosecution, then hes a dictator, full stop
