Thank you for making it clear that even if we somehow thought obliged to consider only the undisputed bits for now, the employer-employee, 45+-22yr old age gap power dynamics are horrible and unaccountable on their own.

If someone can't tell the difference between paying a non-sexual compliment and actively putting themself in situations where they cannot meaningfully gain consent because of the power difference then yes I would indeed prefer they simply avoid women at all costs.
