Oh for sure! I work with plenty of people I don't like, but they're ethical and effective and I can navigate my personal feelings to get the job done. Oftentimes that initial friction enhances your perspective as you build experience and empathy with them!

My challenges are when they're even less organized than I am ;P Or the "but MY agenda matters most!" and we *all* have to work with that one.
