Except delaying his sentencing until it’s thrown out this August well before September . Your hopium isn’t going to do anything but stop people from actually doing what is needed to push this back.

There is quite literally nothing Trump can do to get the conviction thrown out in August. There are no steps he can take for that. There is nothing for SCOTUS to intervene in before sentencing.
