I don't and will never understand, ever, why people feel the need to be such dicks when they answer a simple question. Just give the answer or dont. I don't need your audition for Who Can Be the Biggest Asshole. I can't stand it.

I hope, at least, this is much more an online experience than RL. I certainly find, of course, more toxicity on these platforms (tho 'sky is better!) than in RL interactions... ...but RL interactions are definitely more...annoying than they used to be. But maybe also i'm old ;)
