Yea. My phone automatically forwards unknown numbers to voicemail. This works well for me except for job hunting. Six years ago, the last time I was in the job market, I didn’t have to do this. Fortunately, (most? some?) recruiters leave messages but I can’t tell if any didn’t.

My assumption is anyone calling me about a job who can't take the time to leave a 20 second voicemail probably wasn't interested enough to actually hire me anyway.
