McCarthy said publicly that he intended to give Ukraine aid a separate vote like a week ago, and Gaetz is acting like that's exactly what's going to happen. He's obviously not a credible person, but I do find his hatred of Matt Gaetz sincere and I think he'd pass it for that reason alone.
