Anecdotally, I can tell you there are. I work with a charity that gives free reproductive health care to food and beverage workers, and vasectomy is one of the things we offer. Pretty good uptake.

Within days of Roe being overturned, my boyfriend & I both made appointments to get these done (and were completed by the end of August). We were in the position to be ABLE to do this, but most aren't.
