I don’t think a lot of people get it. I didn’t live through a violent uprising but my grandmother was in Panjab during the Partition & I have family that left Tanzania & Uganda during unrest. For yrs, there’s been this shrug of “lesser of 2” but things don’t change when we don’t try, they get worse.
