As long as the money rules, the Citizens have no say. What we must do is vote out anyone who takes corporate money and or secret money.

State secrets need funding to maintain their secrecy. Deliberative Democracy might give those security cleared the best laws to apply. Everything else financial might best be transparent. Tax Dodgers and criminality won't want that. Small amounts might not be worth it if maintaining cash usage
