The main issue, in my opinion, is we have to find a way to make people give a shit again. Whether they're in government or just regular people. And I suspect getting there is going to be a painful or at least really aggravating process.

People aren't going to change & we can't keep enabling the dysfunction by letting the executive or courts do Congress' job for them. There's a list of reasons Congress is the way it is &, sooner or later, one or more of them will break loose. Especially with more pressure from engaged voters.
