Congress shouldn't be a lifetime career, I'm kinda loose on the idea of term limits. Call it 20 years and you're out... but too many of these people understand neither how the country nor the world has changed and keeping their place in the magical city becomes the point.

I worry about what moral hazards we'd discover from imposing term limits (beyond booting out capable legislators for simply having been there too long). Campaign finance reform seemed like a great idea at the time yet all that its done is weaken the parties & fund radicalism in their membership.
