Me today, plus I had a migraine. I had to force myself to choose what takeout to send my spouse to get and force myself to eat it, and now I'm feeling better.

Solidarity. The appetite-suppressant side-effect of stimulant meds doesn't help either, or the fact that it might take us a lot longer to realize we've been hungry, so then we're also at a further disadvantage in making decisions and also not impulsively eating what's available despite everything.
