I also hate how much this sounds like Republican rhetoric, but sometimes the truth is the truth. In a full societal breakdown the people’s battalion of solidarity is getting taken out in ten minutes by five neo-Nazis armed with assault rifles. It’s a power fantasy, nothing more.

I don’t think you’re wrong in describing how the “people’s battalion” would fare but I think you’re giving the neonazi gun nuts too much credit.. they are equally tender they just posture more.
