but that’s the point: leftism is class struggle, not power politics. I don’t think they need to tell that story, I just don’t think it’s particularly leftist without it. maybe left informed?

fwiw: whether something is good or not has no bearing on whether or not it’s leftist. I like a lot of conservative art. I’m just saying that it’s missing key elements to be considered leftist in the same way a lot of progressive libs miss class analysis as part of their politics.

no no, you’re right. i’m agreeing. a wisp of leftness is detectable in there. you could write so coherent article and collate most of them into sequence. they’re there deliberately. but a purely leftist show, no.
