when my partner and i saw it in a theater full of straight people it was an interesting fly on the wall experience. one person talked out loud and tittered when they got uncomfortable at a point, then one by one they all collectively gave themselves permission to that too. they all s h u t d o w n

The first time I saw it it was just me and then one lesbian couple that sat like, ten rows behind me. It was great. Super quiet theater.
