For the last maybe ten years the local courthouse has flown a pride flag during June. A few years ago it was switched from the oldschool rainbow to the inclusive version. About halfway through this month the inclusive flag was switched back to the six color rainbow. This regression is troubling.

Even speaking out about it is practically begging to be gaslit. "It's just a flag." "You don't know why they changed it." "Maybe it's just a mistake." "You're reading too much into this." "You're being paranoid." "You're being too sensitive." I've heard that shit all my queer autistic life.
