I asked an agent today and she said "oh, ya know, people who are looking at high 600s might also like something in the 700s" like yes we do like but we can't afford! But I guess it looks good on their vendor report, like, another warm body through the door!

No what happens is you fall in love with a house you can’t afford. It’s madness marketing to people who can’t afford the house. It gives a false impression to the seller too.
