I don't understand why Tories would clamour for PR, esp given their increasingly narrow scope policy agenda. They fought four elections this campaign (one against each of Lab/Lib/Ref/SNP). Labour (at least or very much currently) has a broad agenda at the centre so can win even in this environment.
