The closest a white person will ever get is the way some Asian tourists will come up to a blonde person and just touch it. And that's not even close. Or as common as people just touching a random black person's hair.

I hated being an oppressed labrat for my mother, nan, great aunties, nan's frends, etc, who thought they owned my head & hair. I would scream in pain everytime they came near me with their evil implements. Id yell, "give me bald & leave me alone" as a girl. Terrorist hair junkies are traumatizing.
